Great customer service. Helpful and friendly

I’m of an age (+40) to remember when banking was more customer service based than self-service, back when you felt like a human and not a number. Since i’ve tried Royal Business bank over 2 years ago, i’ve been treated like a human! The customer service is amazing, they answer my calls, call me back same day, don’t rush me off the phone, and correct/verify wire transfer documents I send in. Thank you all at Royal Business Bank for your support and allowing me to focus on my business.
I highly recommend the Torrance branch of Royal Business Bank. All of the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Everytime I come inside, I am greeted on a personal level by the staff, which makes me feel welcomed and special.
