We had our bathroom redone last spring . They never showed up on time they had to do the work over to get it were it look good .Now 6 months later the new shower they installed has three cracks across the bottom and water is leaking out. Also never paid the one subcontror who was not part of the family. We have been looking for Jim Johnson and for someone who works in Eugene Springfield he totally disappered.
If there was a rating of 0 I would give this company that rating.. the owner Jim Johnson took me to the cleaners.. Be Aware. My project was a brick patio with a pergola and extended over an existing hotub. the project started in march and after June 3 only the concrete border for the brick patio was done.. He is good at tearing things down but not building... one thing that raised a red flag was he wanted some additional funds to help with cash flow problems ... I was naive...
