Had surgery and stayed in Alex ward. Staff were very supportive, and the food was excellent. I fully trust this hospital.
I would like to say a massive thank you to The Royal Brompton Hospital for looking after myself on the 31/03/2025. Firstly to all the staff in the York ward especially Jess, who was absolutely amazing. Also to Dr Markides and his team for putting me at ease on my operation to have a pacemaker. You are all so wonderful and to see you working non stop without moaning and being so professional to help others was so comforting as I could see you were understaffed and doing over you’re daily hours. Just had a lung resection done, stayed in Alex ward. All the staff were exceptional and made my stay as comfortable as possible. The doctors and nurses were always on hand to answer questions and special mention to Charmine, Rafael and Luca who went above and beyond to help. The food was definately 10/10 and Rose who served us was lovely. I cant recommend this hospital highly enough and would trust them with my life.
