I'm 73 and I have been in a lot of hospitals over the years from the doctors nurses catering staff and cleaners they get 10 out of 10 absolutely the best and I am very grateful for all of them
The major problem is outside the hospital, the local authority has allowed residents parking bays there on both sides apart from 4 disabled parking bays and 2 others for pay by phone. To be very fair, there is no need for residents parking outside the hospital & the church. Those should pay by phone, I was unable to find an available pay by phone bay on Britton street, Sydney street, Dovehouse street then I opted to get a PCN as my appointment was too close - what a shame
4th floor, heart and lungs department, didn't catch the lady's name on reception, absolutely fantastic service, got Dr Winston, made the appointment so easy, lovely group, thank you for making this so much easier
My 2 year old daughter had heart surgery there and the doctors and nurses went above and beyond for my little girl they were amazing and couldnt fault that hospital at all my daughter was in the best place
Excellent customer service from front line staff and doctors to specialist care
