Have had to go in three times now for a variety of emergency issues, every time I have been treated incredibly well. Especially considering how busy it can get, all the staff are very accommodating and beyond competent.
Fabulous and kind service
Ancillary staff and radiologist were wonderful and parking was easy to get. ED nurse I saw in waiting room was lovely. But once inside, it seemed the way this part of the ED ran was disjointed - i had one "nurse" (?RN ?EN, who knows), take my pulse,another two, take my BP. Imo, having multiple nurses do essentially the same thing was timewasting, especially when my obs were stable. The ED nurse i had didn't seem to me to know much about the medication she was giving me, and got stroppy when i asked about side effects, saying... read more
Having kidney stone attacks and the lovely ladies at the emergency room were very kind and great at what they do, appreciate the hospitality and reassurance
Why can a hospital only offer a salad in the food hall for coeliac, not good enough.
