even in emergency there is no system for emergency patients they r waiting for there treatment even you went in morning then wait until 4 pm to 5 pm still u cant get ur turn

I would like to offer a big shout-out of appreciation to all the Drs and nursing staff at the RBWH ICU Pod3 for the excellent care I recently received while in their care after a procedure to coil an Aneurysm in my head. Switch board operators excellent, now ward staff minus one ,my elderly brother was taken to hospital by ambulance with chest pain and as his younger brother and next of kin i was not advised of his condition or treatment during his 4 day stay rang every day to check with no information forthcoming even the day he was being transferred to the best hospital for him ,not impressed hopefully they'll put in ambulance to transfer him and not at the bus stop ,sorry couldn't recommend this place

An extremely frustrating experience involving months of delays, poor communication, and an unnecessarily difficult process just to obtain my own medical records. A few months ago, I was sent to this emergency department with a retinal tear. After several tests, I was told that the location of the tear made treatment complicated and that I needed to see a specialist.
