I regularly attend RBWH Opthalmology department and Patient Transit / Discharge Lounge and I can’t rate them high enough. Jenn in Orthoptics is particularly fabulous, extremely patient and great at explaining things. All of Dr Anthony Fong’s team are good. The team in the Patient Transit Lounge are also fabulous, so cheery and compassionate with weary patients.
I delivered my first baby on 3rd January and the midwives were absolutely amazing. I was in hospital for 8 days after as my baby was 3 weeks early, and I had a different midwife everyday. Every single one showed nothing but care, kindness and patience. They made me feel safe, reassured and they answered any question I had.
