Definitely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service. Don't count on them making things right if things go wrong!
I have used Royal Brick twice and have been very pleased with their work. The first project was a patio and a fire pit. The second was an extension of the patio. They did a great job and I've received numerous compliments. I would recommend them and would use them again.
Firstly, I should say that fundamentally it was my (the customer) fault that the job didn’t turn out as I expected. I accepted Royal Brick Pavers to do the job on the basis of a casually performed estimate and conversations – as opposed to writing a professional contract, with specifications, requirements, payment schedule, and penalty clauses.
