Dear royal brass and hose corporate, you should heavily consider closing this branch down before you tarnish your company’s 75 year reputation. 9 days ago asked royal brass and hose to make me a very simple 3/8” hydraulic hose with 2 90 degree jic fittings on each end, they forced me to create an account with corporate before they could make the hoses witch is fine, made the account then they still refused to make the hoses witch until I brought in a sample even though I provided all the measurements and specs.
