Don't waste your time coming to this hospital, you won't be treated. They think a 10-hour queue of waiting is normal, the attendant gives you a form with front and back and you may feel bad anyway, you will have to answer. I just came to spend money and time, complete disrespect.
The emergency receptionist are the most careless people I’ve seen
Phoning A&E is like how long is a piece of string! First attempt after being 1 in the queue call was cut off. Second attempt took 27mins to get through after being 1 in the queue again. It was answered but the phone left on hook so I could hear the receptionist in the background. I held saying hello repeatedly and no one spoke. So done on purpose so you would give up.
