Rude receptionists have no empathy
Outside is a total shambles signage is unclear for visitors parking. The work being done everywhere appears uncontrolled haphazard and messy. Equipment is strewn all over the place with no appearance of organisation. Too much work happening at the same time! Inside lip service is given to cleaning if the floor scrubber can't do it it can't be done. Windows and building are poorly maintained with the film on most windows I passed needing removal or replacement resulting in reduced performance and higher uncontrollable tempera... read more
Amazing staff and very clean. I've hated hospitals all my life just due to bad experiences and poor treatment. But today it was amazing. Greg who looked at my hand and fingers was brilliant. In and out within a few hours and you don't even need to wait around anymore. The staff give you a time to come back which works brilliantly
Been under care of eye unit.requiring monthly injections. A very big Thank you to Marcia nurse practitioner Professional kind care.reassurance and explanation on procedures.
