Impressed with the service, from Reception to Triage & to the staff who looked after dad on our A&E visit yesterday. Nurses Joanne & Liz were welcoming & made dad at ease with situation and made him comfortable knowing we would have to wait a few hours for blood results. Dr Chris Bentley was brilliant as dad very hard of hearing but he made sure dad understood everything being said and also tweeked his medication in the hope to give dad more pain relief before seeing Palliative Care Team next week. Well i don't know about everybody body elses experience at the Bolton hospital. I'm actually known to them because of my illnesses and I'm forever greatfull and forever will be in the debt of these hard working under paid nurses ect. And i can honestly say that I have never in the memory of men or had a crossed word or exchanged words or a heated argument with any of the staff before. untill January this year. Nursing staff are amazing (sadly some not so good workers at night time/weekends) but overall they do amazingly! Clean , friendly and makes you as comfy and secure as they are allowed to do.

Staff is amazing. Nurses have a thousand jobs at one time. The system is wrong. They work hard. They nice and helpful. Waiting time for a doctor.... different story.
