A truly terrible hospital experience ! Neglect ! Lack of basic care ! Misdiagnosis and incorrect treatment ! Rude & dismissive staff ! And photos of happy smiling board members on the wall…with their six figure salaries who wouldn’t smile ! They should hang their heads in shame !
No patient care, no compassion, Joke of a Hospital. Should be classed as a walk in centre for minor problems. Avoid it,
Impressed with the service, from Reception to Triage & to the staff who looked after dad on our A&E visit yesterday. Nurses Joanne & Liz were welcoming & made dad at ease with situation and made him comfortable knowing we would have to wait a few hours for blood results. Dr Chris Bentley was brilliant as dad very hard of hearing but he made sure dad understood everything being said and also tweeked his medication in the hope to give dad more pain relief before seeing Palliative Care Team next week.
