Drs are not interested in listening to any self research or opinions from (female) partners. Nursing staff supposed to be there to answer any questions, can’t get rid of you quick enough. Not massively impressed. Unfortunately stuck here unable to be referred to more skilled hospital.
Absolutely great professional caring friendly staff.. After bladder cancer treatment. And yearly tests.. Can't thank them enough....
Excellent staff and service
My husband has been waiting over 2yrs to have his procedure to be done, he has made numerous attempts to contact the department even spoke to the secretary's and told him that they would see where he was on the waiting list still waiting, he's already had 2 pre ops done then it gets cancelled again and again the amount of phone calls he has made is ridiculous
