Staff were lovely with my mum who was very nervous. They put her at ease and they described everything they were going to do in detail so she new what to expect, I cannot thank them enough
Referred for an.urgent appointment for my boyfriend advised 4 week wait Then doctor forgot to book it waited another 4 week now went past final day and they now say 40 week for an urgent referral fella in constant pain off work long term sick if we had known about delays we would have gone abroad for treatment partner now depressed and I work full time but feel like his carer as he can't do anything drs given constant pain killers when people are in so much pain they are bad tempered and cranky . Drs are not interested in listening to any self research or opinions from (female) partners. Nursing staff supposed to be there to answer any questions, can’t get rid of you quick enough. Not massively impressed. Unfortunately stuck here unable to be referred to more skilled hospital.
Absolutely great professional caring friendly staff.. After bladder cancer treatment. And yearly tests.. Can't thank them enough....
