I have been suffering from severe tension headaches and needed more than the typical “spa massage”. I’m so glad I found this place!! Alicia was very knowledgeable and intentional on treating my issues. She worked systematically through each of the muscles contributing to the issue and used some techniques I’ve never experienced. I could feel my muscles untangling throughout the massage. She also gave me some good stretches and exercises I could do at home to provide some relief. I’ll definitely be going back.
