The overall screen and installation process was done very well. But the experience with the staff member was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. From the moment she called us, she has been nothing but disrespectful. I recognize there is a similar critique on the review from two years ago and yet nothing has changed since then. very good quality blinds for a good price👍
I would definitely recommend Royal Blinds & Screens. Good quality and much better fit on the patio door screens (we were not happy with our previous ones). Also added a Retractable screen to our front door. Expensive, but better price than others we checked, and we are so happy with it. Marcus was fantastic with the measuring appt. and installation.
