안녕하세요 얼마전 블라인드랑 방충망 설치 했는데요 상담 할때도 오피스 스테프분 엔지라는 사람이었는데요 영어도 잘 못하고 제품 설명도 대충하고 말투는 어찌나 무례한지 굉장히 기분 나쁜 경험이었네요 살다가 오피스에서 일하는 사람이랑 싸운적은 또 처음이네요 여기 웬만하면 피하세요 Hello, I installed blinds and screens recently When I consulted, office worker named NG. It was a very unpleasant experience because NG was not good at English, and NG explained the product roughly, and NG speech was so rude. It's the first time I've had a fight with someone who works at an office in my life. Try to avoid this place if possible

The overall screen and installation process was done very well. But the experience with the staff member was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. From the moment she called us, she has been nothing but disrespectful. I recognize there is a similar critique on the review from two years ago and yet nothing has changed since then. Her attitude towards my mother has been absolutely rude and disrespectful. Unfortunate how a company with such quality product has the poorest customer service. Beware of $40 estimate fee if you choose to install yourself. This won’t be mentioned on their website or during the estimation/measurement session
