방충망이 제기능을 못해요. 붙인지 한달만에 떨어져서 수리 요청드렸는데 멀다고 못온다 하시고, 붙이기만 하면 끝인가요? 대충 붙이셔서 금방 떨어진거 아닌가요? 작업하실때 무슨 재료 안 들고왔다고 내일 다시 오겠다 하시고 가시더니 갑자기 될것 같다고 다시 오신게 의심스러웠어요. 그리고 결국엔 떨어지고… 그래서 결국 1년동안 그쪽 방충망은 못 쓰고 거실 방충망만 쓰는데, 여기도 방충망이 어찌 붙여져있는건지 벌레가 다 들어오네요. 틈 없게 해달라고 부탁드렸는데..

Excellent customer service and professionalism. This is the second time we have used Royal Blinds this year and both experiences exceeded our expectations. Team member in the store was pleasant and knowledgeable and the blind installer Markus was a pleasure - neat, organised and professional. Highly recommended.

안녕하세요 얼마전 블라인드랑 방충망 설치 했는데요 상담 할때도 오피스 스테프분 엔지라는 사람이었는데요 영어도 잘 못하고 제품 설명도 대충하고 말투는 어찌나 무례한지 굉장히 기분 나쁜 경험이었네요 살다가 오피스에서 일하는 사람이랑 싸운적은 또 처음이네요 여기 웬만하면 피하세요 Hello, I installed blinds and screens recently When I consulted, office worker named NG. It was a very unpleasant experience because NG was not good at English, and NG explained the product roughly, and NG speech was so rude. It's the first time I've had a fight with someone who works at an office in my life. Try to avoid this place if possible

The overall screen and installation process was done very well. But the experience with the staff member was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. From the moment she called us, she has been nothing but disrespectful. I recognize there is a similar critique on the review from two years ago and yet nothing has changed since then. Her attitude towards my mother has been absolutely rude and disrespectful. Unfortunate how a company with such quality product has the poorest customer service.
