Absolutely rubbish, had an accident so come to urgent treatment centre, have been waiting over 10 hours with no light at the end of the tunnel, people have been leaving, they don't even give you an update and when you want to talk to them they are just rude and take your name and that's it, you go to them again and they take your name, I never write reviews but this is the first and last time I'm coming here, useless, wasted all my time whilst in pain, they say their going to give you painkillers but forget about you
lack of management, after an accident with trauma I've been waiting for over 10 hours, no information and no help. The worst hospital I've ever seen, you better take care of this whole mess.
Waited 7 hours with severe pain to finally get pain killers, didnt even get looked at by a doctor before getting sent home after 12 hours.
Great staff etc, but a ridiculous waiting time
