Far to small for all the patients
I attended the urgent care unit last night and I was in incredible pain with my abdomen and in the waiting room there was some people waiting and this wonderful nurse I did not catch her name as I was in so much pain but she got me seen right away and made sure I got treatment and I am so grateful for her every nurse and support staff I encountered from Sarah the lady in purple to Marie the A&E nurse to the wonderful lady who was doing the breakfast this morning and the nurse that discharged me was very kinda and so warm eve... read more
Hi just to let everybody know I took my husband to adult treatment room A&E at blackburn hospital on 16th August firstly we gave name and told to sit down secondly we were called at the triage after an hours wait where the nurse was doing triage only a screen across and other patients can hear what our symptoms are no privacy at all. Absolutely rubbish, had an accident so come to urgent treatment centre, have been waiting over 10 hours with no light at the end of the tunnel, people have been leaving, they don't even give you an update and when you want to talk to them they are just rude and take your name and that's it, you go to them again and they take your name, I never write reviews but this is the first and last time I'm coming here, useless, wasted all my time whilst in pain, they say their going to give you painkillers but forget about you
lack of management, after an accident with trauma I've been waiting for over 10 hours, no information and no help. The worst hospital I've ever seen, you better take care of this whole mess.
