I shop here often. Multiple times a week easily spend 20-100 dollars per visit and I was accused of putting items in my pocket. I showed my pockets were empty pull my pants and under-ware down exposing I had no merchandise even emptied completely my small man bag. That remained on my back while I was in store on top of all this I never left her or security eyes site I had to demand an apology which was given with a but I saw u. Very uncomfortable experience! This is one of those stores that you are constantly watched and followed around. The store is way to small for this type of harassment. There is someone guarding all 5 aisles. You can't even get enter the aisle without someone asking if you need help. Some might perceive this as good customer service but if you know better, this is simply a form of micro aggression ( hurry up and buy vibez). It's one of the better wig outlet stores. I'm a guy and go for underwear, hair stuff, beads, fragrance oils and socks. Always good deals. It is a very tight squeeze so is a bit claustrophobic. The employees are always very friendly but sometimes they are all there at once and it can feel intimidating. I'm sure this helps with shoplifting so I can't blame them for that. Overall, it's a good place.
