Don't ignore the bad reviews! My girlfriend gave this place a try thinking the low ratings were just for haircuts, but the nail services are just as bad. She experienced poor quality work, high prices, rude staff, and poor hygiene. The only thing going for them is how convenient the location is next to Ross and Costco

I recently got my hair colored at Royal Beauty Salon, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. In fact, I’ve never had such a bad experience at a salon in my life. The stylist, Mary, was extremely rough throughout the appointment and came across as quite rude. She was only supposed to touch up my roots, yet I ended up with hair color stains on my face and chin. Great. Haircut.
The haircut is absolutely NOT what I was asking for. They cut my hair twice shorter and now I must wear a hoodie because it’s ugly haircut. I do NOT recommend this place! They have no idea how to provide services. After I complained, she said oh sorry. … so frustrating!
