I recently got my hair colored at Royal Beauty Salon, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. In fact, I’ve never had such a bad experience at a salon in my life. The stylist, Mary, was extremely rough throughout the appointment and came across as quite rude. She was only supposed to touch up my roots, yet I ended up with hair color stains on my face and chin. Great. Haircut.
The haircut is absolutely NOT what I was asking for. They cut my hair twice shorter and now I must wear a hoodie because it’s ugly haircut. I do NOT recommend this place! They have no idea how to provide services. After I complained, she said oh sorry. … so frustrating!
