Great and knowledgeable team. Even if you dont buy from them they are willing to answer all your questions and help. Not like that arrogant staff at a Ferguson West Palm
Came in ready to purchase three toilets and left without anyone acknowledging us once. One employee was having a casual chat and never looked up, another came from the back, helped someone who walked in after us, then disappeared again. No greeting, no “be right with you,” nothing. We wanted to support a local business over a big box store, but it’s hard to justify when the experience is unwelcoming. Disappointed.
Terrible service. Don’t bring your business there. Staff damaged my property and refused to make it right. All they want is your money.
Bought a free standing tub from them 6 years ago. 6 years later looks like new. I needed to repair a drain gasket. They gave me at gasket at no charge and it's working great. Slipped right on. They were great to work with. Thanks for all your help.
