Moe was incredibly kind and helpful to me today!! He went over and beyond helping me with one of my shower heads! Royal Bath is fantastic and I highly recommend for your next plumbing project!!
Very bad customer service. Not sure what happen on the day of my visit, bc I chose this place based on reviews but was sadly disappointed. Walked in barely received a hello. The 2nd person never spoke, and was never offered help, never asked what I was looking for or if I needed help. A 3rd person came from the back, shortly after they all disappeared in the back with one saying take your time. We walked around for about 10 mins or more & they never came back so we went outside.
