Great bagels and pastries. Staff was very friendly.
Pastries and food are amazing when fresh. Scallion tomato cream cheese is awesome. However I got a breakfast sandwich on a bagel and yes it’s 2pm so bagel would’ve been fresher In the morning I’m guessing but bagel was slightly stale (not very) and not toasted enough. Cheese wasn’t melted and bacon was hard considering it’s made fresh. But I’ll be back it was still yummy.
Constant mistakes. They just don't pay attention to your order and there is no quality control. Way overpriced as well.
Terrible customer service, the asian short hair old lady is super rude, even to her employees.The place is dirty and old, and the food is regular. I got the american sub; I usually call ahead, and they have it ready by 15 min or more. The only thing I don't like is the price—$17 for a 7-inch sub is a lot,, it's pricey and super expensive for the quality.
