Not responsive. Barely replying my enquiry online. Reply is not sincere at all. Make me feel like they only give me a reply to avoid receiving bad reviews. Went to them at 8:35am and still closed when they say they open at 8:30am. I need to drop off my car and get to work at 9am. I don’t understand why other people praise it so much. My experience is totally the opposite. No way I’d recommend anyone to use them. I’m going to another mechanics.
