Unfortunate to see that this is one of the car dealers still employing the trick of getting people in the door by leaving up a good looking deal that's already taken or was never there to begin with. My boyfriend and I came in to see a nice looking Nissan they had advertised online for a pretty good price, only to be told that it was already sold and have the salesman be very pushy about how they could get us into something else they had. WORST CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! WOULDNT GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT, I HAD TO DRIVE 8 HOURS TO CALGARY AND DEMAND MY DEPOSIT BACK! DONT RECOMMEND!!
Horrible experience with these guys. Girl friend bought her first ever vehicle by herself and they totally took advantage of her. We had to sell the vehicle a year latter because she was talked into a vehicle that was unpractical for her life and had to sell it at a 60% loss a year latter, wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone. Definition of a cars salesmen.
If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT buy a vehicle from this place. They sold me a vehicle that has had nothing but mechanical issues. It should not have passed inspection in any way shape or form. I purchased a warranty, yet I still had to pay out of pocket for $1800 worth of repairs as my "warranty does not cover these issues". I'm financing a $6,000 vehicle! I gave up using their own mechanics as things always got WORSE after they touched my car. Went in to test drive a car but the battery was dead. Paid $100 deposit and two weeks later the car was still in the shop. I found a car somewhere else but it has been about a month of trying to get my $100 deposit back and they still have not returned it, they just keep postponing the date of when they'll refund it. Do not put a deposit on a car unless it works because trying to get your money back should not be this hard, or just avoid this dealership completely.
