I bought a vehicle from Royal auto sales .Horrible service the transmission went on it 2 month later I purchased the vehicle .I called Joe and he said that they had it covered.They didn’t cover any of it so I paid for the transmission too get fixed by them and Franked said sorry you should got warranty on the vehicle I didn’t even have the vehicle for a month .Few months later I decided too get a oil change not by them by a different mechanic and he found that the front struts where blown , wheels bearings where torn , left ... read more

I liked my experience buying a car with them, was easy, nothing complicated, Frank and Gianina were really kind and diligent with the process. Had to get my car towed there after it quit on me, diagnosed the same day and ordered parts immediately. Were able to get all rectified and fixed, very friendly staff and very reasonable cost of service.
