I have never met a couple of such honest mechanics. They are çheaper than most people as well. I do not regret the day I walked into this shop a couple years ago. I feel like guys take advantage of us females that don't know much about cars and here I don't have to ever second think what they do. You will not find a better shop in and around the Houston area!! This is where you want to take your car!
Robert provides great customer service. We've took both of our vehicles this year and each time he has done a great job on repairing our vehicles after mild collisions. He gives you his word as to when the vehicle will be ready breaks down all labor, parts, and paint costs. I've had bad previous experiences where shops do a horrible job just to get insurance money Royal Auto doesn't they take there time and finish in a timely manner they truly care about customers. I highly recommend Royal Auto. My wife and I have been taking our vehicles here for years, wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else for minor or major work. The shop is family owned and are very experienced. Prices are very reasonable, and they always keep a clean shop. We have never been unsatisfied with their work, happy customers here!!!
