I brought my truck here because the engine starting making a troubling noise during a work trip, and frankly they were able to look at it the quickest. Updated to 2 stars: Royal helped me out while I was nowhere near home, but their $500 "solution" only did enough to get me home to Provo where they could claim it wasn't their problem. The next time I drove the car it overheated again and they offered zero help when I called unless I got the car all the way back to Tooele. My Alero Oldsmobile broke down and needed to get the thermostat replaced while I was nowhere near home. Luckily I found Royal and they checked it out for free, diagnosed it, and then had me out of there the next day, even with a busy schedule. Really appreciate how the customer comes first here. My car is definitely an old beater but it's working better than ever now. Very helpful and the price is worth it.
