I only trust these guys! Royal Auto was able to make my damaged car beautiful again! The guys were very helpful with my insurance claim and kept me updated every step of the way while doing the repairs. The car looks like new again! Thank you! They went above and beyond touching up little things to be nice. They did an amazing color match and it honestly looks better than when it was in the accident. They were super honest. NOW FOR THE NEGATIVE: Cant think of anything!!!!
I had a great experience and would highly recommend Royal Auto shop. His shop was fast, reasonable and very straightforward with what I needed to fix my vehicle. When I had an accident I called my mechanic who I know would have a great referral. He recommended Royal Auto shop which turned out to be a block from where I had the accident. I have visited this mechanic shop due to AAA-referred jobs and I must say that I am really impressed. They also posted continuous updates and pictures during the whole process of repair, and it made me feel that they cared about my car. The price was clear, they even provided me with a free ride home with Lyft after I dropped the car and kept me updated on each step of the process. They also made a free inspection. Overall, a great experience.
GEICO recommended Royal Auto Body after my accident, and I honestly couldn’t be any happier. I don’t know much about cars, so going in for repairs is always stressful, but let me tell you — Ahmad and his crew made this the best experience I’ve ever had. My car came back just like it was, actually even better, and throughout the process Ahmad kept me informed about what was going on.
