The new managment is bad! This apartment is unhealthy, moldy and run-down. Noisy! People and traffic in and out all night! Airplane noise is bad. Cheap repairs and roof leaks. A low-income apartment!
The apartment was transferred to a NEW Ownership and it is uner new Property Managemnet company stating Oct 1, 2010. The apartment has beautiful courtyard, walk distance to grocery store, and very quiet and nice.
Do Not Move in here! We had a awful experience! Managment is very intrusive, un-professional and dishonest! Will charge you a large fee for cleaning after you leave even if you have it spotless! Puts down her husband and shoves her views on you. Parking is a privilage not a right is her view. Be Careful!
