Nice honest man. Did not try to up sell or do work that was not going to really fix the problem. Fridge was old and basically told me I needed a new one. I guess after 25 years it is time.

I woke up this morning to find a leak in the back of my refrigerator and had no clue how to stop it. I called one or two places but all I got was an answering machine as it was Sunday morning and a lot of them were closed. I finally called Royal Appliance and spoke to Michael who, after a few quick descriptions of the situation, immediately told me what to do to control the leak. First, let me assure you that I am a REAL customer. I called Royal for a broken refrigerator. He came promptly the next morning (one star). He was also an okay guy (another star). Aside from that, I did not have a good experience with him technically. First he told me the problem was a fan. But after putting a new one in, that did not work.
