Royal Angel (Owner Rachel) is phenomenal! I am planner and every time I have used her she comes through and exceeds expectations. Her pricing is reasonable and no need to haggle as she is not going to nickel and dime you. On this most recent event of mine, the decorator was short on chargers because her order didn't deliver on time. As you know all vendors believe the planner is the magic maker!
