Gate welds gave out within a year of the fence install. Jim Fisher acknowledged the issue and promised to correct it in July 2025. Since then, no action and damage getting worse. . Very poor customer service.
Terrible quality. Gate bracket issues on gate less than one year old. No warranty. “Must have been hit”. Would not recommend their product. No customer service. So after all this money spent I have a gate that does not close properly and their offer to requote a new gate. Installed July, 2024.
Absolutely love doing business with Royal.jim and his entire staff are gold standard. Their professionalism and communication is top teir..we needed parts last minute on a project that was already underway and jim personally delivered what we needed to my office at 8am the next morning.you can't beat that kind of customer service. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Horrible company ...do not warranty their product after one year it was faded and blotchy...been try to have it looked at and replaced...no one cares owner laughed and said wife deals with fading still nothing. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
