An absolute disgrace of a hospital..I have never seen anywhere with litter like this..whoever is responsible for cleaning up the grounds should be sacked !!
Discharge planning of elderly patient with bilateral hip replacements ensuring a safe transition home by involving a multidisciplinary team family ! This did not not happen, patient dicharge home with no care in place! equipement not approiate for his needs ! Patient fell within 10 mins injury to head ! I can not thank this hospital staff enough the staff were brilliant with me just before new year and the staff from out of hours to the girls in the ward I was more than looked after and got better within no time thanks to the staff the food was beautiful.and the staff went out there way to care for me the place was spotless including the shared shower and bathroom thankyou for your care all the staff
