Everything wrong with the NHS: Two stalls in the gents toilets, one out of order and one with a puddle of urine No soap in any of the dispensers. Reported this and no one bothered cleaning after an hour or two. Receptionist was told the reason why we were there. Only after waiting for 2 hours to be seen, did a nurse see us to then tell us the receptionist should have sent us straight through to x-rays, as we told them they were expecting us. NHS can pay £60k/year for a diversity officer but can't even get the basics right. D... read more
Very busy Tuesday evening. But all staff from receptionist who helped charge my phone, to wonderful paramedics who treated me at scene, lovely nurses (rushed off their feet), great doctors and fab porters, all couldn’t have done more to help treat my fractures and pain. God bless the NHS and her amazing workforce! 🥳 Thank you
