What an amazing facility. My daughter had a sports injury involving a possible fracture. Thankfully one of her teachers recommended we come here. We were in and out in 1hr 20 mins including Triage, initial consultation, x-rays, results analysis and diagnosis and treatment - AMAZING!!! Thank you so much to the whole team!!!

The care from all the staff on daycare Oncology and Level 9 Medical ward (and her brief visit to HDU) have been phenomenal. My daughter has been in safe and caring hands throughout her journey with leukaemia where she has had repeated infections and blood and platelet transfusions due to the intensive chemotherapy she receives for her AML. The best, fast and effective care our little boy received. Nurse Jess and Doctor Jo were very caring, professional and friendly. A big thank you to them and the a&e at the royal Alexandra hospital for making us feel safe as parents by knowing our boy received the best care possible.

Incredibly slow and incapable stuff. It says on the screen that the longest current is to wait to see a clinician 1h 9m, which is absolutely a lie. I have been here with a poor child and waiting for 2 hours 35 mins and haven't been seen by a doctor yet.
