12/13 hours. Husband told he needed to be admitted but a&e did not communicate with neurology department. So they left us sat in waiting room until we walked out. Suspected bleed on the brain. Still waiting 3 days later. No results from ct scan yet
Great staff,very professional and focused!(Walk in emergency),
I am giving 2 stars instead of 0 because the Doctor who my Son was seen by was really kind and competent. Also, the staff offering tea and sandwiches were lovely. The reason I won’t give 5 stars is due to the nursing staff. They were rude, disrespectful, non-attentive and basically couldn’t care less.
Brilliant experience despite 5/6 hour delay. The Staff in that hospital need an award for how they try their best for all patients concerned. I had not been to that hospital for many years thank god 🙏 but realised today how hard it is for all departments. They are wonderful 👏 thank you. 🥰
