This was my second visit with my son for the same abdominal issue within weeks. Despite several days in the hospital, no clear diagnosis or decision was made. One doctor examining my child seemed to have an alcohol smell. I can’t state this as fact, but as a parent it was worrying. Also, surgical risks were explained directly in front of my child. I want to thank urgent treatment Centre . You were all amazing from the get go.. no long waits in waiting room. Even thou it was quite busy. I'm gratefull for your care and compassion. I'm fully healed now. I had a dog bite on face..Very grateful paula

I was there with a problem, and they decided on blood tests… not even a simple scan to determine why I was feeling the was that I was feeling. Arrived home and the pain only got worse. How do I go back to a place that I lost trust in? I don’t like going to hospitals at all. 7 years and I managed to not waste one single NHS penny, not take any doctor’s time. And reminding that I’ve contributed plenty from working and I don’t use it. Now that I needed the most… No wonder some of us end up dying at home.

My experience was a very good and quick service. There where lost of people in the waiting area but my transfer through was swift and professional.
