Poor co ordination at reception..not customer friendly..better avoid
Absolutely amazing location, walking distance to everything, great reception staff in a beautiful heritage listed building, amazing amount of local restaurants within 2 min walk, queen street shopping centre only a short walk
The rooms were so dated! I was shocked. My room was very clean but the whole hotel suite looked like a mishmash of 80’s and 90’s. The staff were lovely but reception was unattended the majority of time. There’s works outside the hotel so be prepared to walk a fair distance with your bags. Good location but no views or anything.
Visited last Sat 20th July. Woke up Sunday 21st with no hot water. Visited reception no manager to speak with. Staff said problem with boiler. Full price still taken.
