DO NOT FLY ROYAL AIR MAROC! We flew from JFK to Barcelona with stopover in Casablanca. We were leaving on a cruise from Barcelona on the same day as arrival. Our luggage was left behind in Casablanca by the airline. It was finally delivered 5 days after the start of our 7-day cruise. Now trying to get reimbursed for essential basic items we needed to buy. The airline ignores the online claim forms that we have filed multiple times on their website. SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT WITH ROYAL AIR MAROC!
