This company it’s the worst company ever. I got my AC with them and once they installed it they were the worse in customer service, they get your money and once they get it they forget about you, never tell you the truth about your contract or recurring service so you could keep your warranty, I regret this doing business with Royal they suck…
The worst A/C company in the world, don't believe anything they say.
Royal Air Airconditioning are a highly disappointing team they are only interested in getting your sales. Once the sale is concluded they turn their back on you. I had read the reviews which by and large seemed positive so I decided to give them a try. Luke was my sales guy and was very polite to get me to sign up to their split unit AC system, The technicians arrived and set up the system however they did not complete certain aspects of the installation. Felix’s team was excellent and did a great job!!
Shakira and Team did a fantastic job Installing my two AC air handlers that were on the second story attic as well as two condenser units. They did a great job at Installation and troubleshooting. Thank you!!! Also Thanks to Desireah for helping us get started with the project and scheduling at the last minute on a Friday evening. What a great team! Thank you
