That name has since changed but very private until...they have your credit card, now they royal insurance services
Just got off the phone with this nasty person named DAVE claimed that the company is under a contract and have to write a physical letter to get me off the list and my card and very unprofessional , very trash , very loud and very disrespectful he should be fired for good
If there is a zero rating, this company would certainly deserve it. They literally try to make every excuse thinkable to not cover components that should be covered. For example.....a transmission, not even a component that may be questionable under coverage. The agents are self-righteous, argumentative, rude, and have zero pride in their company's reputation. This Royal Administration Services is a rip off , you pay this company all this money every month and when something goes wrong with you vehicle that you have under this so call warranty company now the policy don't cover this or that,. Just out here ripping people off.
***Waring!!!!***Please hear me when I say that you should NOT waste your MONEY or TIME with these people!!! They are 100% aimed at NOT doing anything to help!!! They try to find every reason to not have you use the warrantee. It’s best to go with CarShield or someone way more reputable! Just take a look at all the other reviews for yourself! I don’t know how they sleep at nights! God does NOT sleep so their day is coming!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
