I have used Royal Aces twice to paint 2 of my condos. Octavio is very pleasant to work with, came right out to give me a quote and completed the job just a few days later. I would use Octavio and his crew again and would recommend Royal Aces for your interior painting needs.

August-September 2022 1. Outdoor Fence (Wall) $5460 I paid to have my fence stuccoed and painted. The paint started peeling a few months after application. The fence then started cracking and peeling. I contacted the contractor several times and he told me he would look after it and never did. As well, I had the contractor install a new front door. Octavio is easy to work with. His team great. I would gladly recommend them to a friend. Royal Aces wanted 50% down which made me uncomfortable. They agreed to 10% down and 5 incremental milestone payments. Short version of that story is: Don’t waste your time, 50% is fine. In the first week I wrote a check for 2 milestones and the 10% down.
