Multiple sloppy work. The work was so sloppy have to have it redone. Somethings I did not notice at first until the electrician came to add lighting. Royal1 replaced ceiling in bedroom on top floor without insulation. The electrician pointed this out because without insulation room will be very cold in the winter plus pipes in wall cold freeze! Royal 1 Construction is one of the most professional contractors that I have ever worked with. They scheduled us out for the work and gave us updates on the time table of the work. When they started installing our new roof, our sales rep came out three times to inspect the work and did a once around at the end to make sure that no nails were left on the lawn. Hired Royal 1 to repair a couple of gutter issues and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work, level of service, and value. Quote was quick and very reasonable and they were able to complete the work in a very short window of time. They walked me through every step of the process and were transparent throughout. They couldn't have done better.
