Refused to put tubes in my ears because I’m an adult. Even though I continually have ear infections. Told me that I in fact don’t have ear infections m! Lol! Tried instead to put me in hearing aids but didn’t even check my insurance before they got me in there. Wow! What an ENT. She did great work on my husband’s throat. But do not recommend for ears!
