If you want any idea about the quality of these builders just check out what they've done to the Stoney Creek Subdivision, they drive their equipment through people's yards, they spray mud all over the roads and everyone's property, and the boss's son is rude and confrontational, him and his friends are menace's to the people who live here, and let their dogs out in other people's yards and smart off to everyone they see.

Don't bother buying a house off these guys, their workers have no concern for the residents living in their houses, every other morning they have cars and work trucks parked behind my driveway, I'm disabled so I have a hard enough time getting around, these workers with no regards for their customers have made my life even worse, the owners son is hotheaded and confrontational, I regret buying a house from this company.

Was polite at first. We had already arranged to meet up and rent; as soon as the apartment became available. After it's available date had come; we called 5-6 times... waited for any reply so we could sign a lease. They never got back with us, just ignored us. We moved on and found a place elsewhere. Shortly after having found another place; they finally got back with us asking if we still needed an apt. Was rude with us when we explained we found somewhere else
