Nice physician who is knowledgeable and helpful for my situation. That said, I felt that I was mansplained by him just a tad. Like, I get it, he needs to ensure I a know proper lifestyle guidelines; trouble is I know them (I am in healthcare with extensive nutrition background). He should have assessed my understanding and goals/motivations first before counseling.
Love love love Dr Thomas!! One of the greatest Drs my family and I have ever had! He's great with my boys one of which is on the spectrum. He always remembers to ask how they are doing. Honestly one of the most genuine I have ever seen!! We followed him from Geneva to Woodridge! 10/10
