Another patient wrote what follows, I literally copied and pasted since this was my EXACT experience. Note, Dr. Roy just up and quit, closed his practice (as of 12/15/2023). I wish you could give this place 0 stars. They do not complete the insurance prior authorizations like they are required to and then leave you financially responsible for the CPAP machine. And I’m still waiting for them to send our SD card back. They are a joke and not a valid or caring health provider.
Poor service. The receptionist is very unprofessional and unpleasant. Interrupted my daughter while she was trying to explain directions where to send SD card from BiPap.
I am very disappointed in Roy Sleep Medicine. I became a patient 6 years ago when I was referred to Dr. Roy by my dentist. He seemed to be a very friendly doctor with a good bedside manner. Unfortunately, that was the one and only time I met Dr. Roy. I have continued to be a patient, as my needs have been met; however, since Covid, the office has been locked down like Alcatraz.
