Our family and I love this clinic the staff and doctors are very nice specially the doctor that is there from Thursday through Monday also they make it as fast as they can and actually exam you very well and give you the prescriptions you need I really recommend this clinic been coming here for years now also very clean and relaxing
Terrible communication with pharmacies to approve medication refills Edit: 3 YEARS later and they actually reply. This is NOT a reputable establishment.
By far a confusing experience. I went in beginning of May with an injury and wanted x-rays which they granted at a near by imaging center. They then NEVER got back to me till I called today and the employee met me with such a disgusting attitude. “just come in” to get my results was what she said and then proceeded to hang up on me. Um what happened to calling the patient? Informing the patient if they are okay or not? How am i supposed to know to come in? What happened to basic healthcare etiquette? The staff and Medical Doctors are very knowledgeable in there profession. As long as I have been coming here for the last ten years I have no complaints and would refer anyone who would need urgent care.
