As a Loan Officer i typically do not leave reviews for Realtors but Roy was introduced to me through my friend who was purchasing a home. I ended up doing the financing and Roy did an excellent job representing my friend. He found 2 off market homes and my client got to bid on both of them and ended up purchasing great beach cottage in San Clemente. Great job Roy!
Roy was a great agent. He spent quality time with us in preparation for the sale of our home. Even after the sale he was still there for us to answer questions and even came by to say goodbye before we left to our new destination in Oregon. I would highly recommend using Roy Schenkenberger.
