Workers there completely ignored customers standing in line. No one directed people waiting to use the kiosks that were there. People were just waiting there and the ones in front of us left once we figured out on our own to use them. There were two young guys in the kitchen part joking and laughing the whole time. How many one star or two star reviews does this place need to get before the higher ups realize their regional managers are worthless and many of the employees at these locations just don't give a crap?.....or worse.
