Roy Rogers is always the best! Every chance I get I eat at Roy's over pretty much any other fast food place. The food is always right, hot and fresh.
I arrived late almost near closing and the chicken selection was limited which was not expected. No issues during my visit.
Reina and her team at Roy's of Germantown are awesome. I was so hungry coming in today but didn't want to spend too much on lunch. They offered me the Pick 2 bacon cheeseburgers along with fries and a drink. All for $9.99. Not only i was satisfied with my meal, I didn't spend much either and got my reward points too. Love Roy Roger's.
I didn’t expect much from a fast food place, but I also didn’t expect it to be so bad. The burger buns were burned so bad and the food was terrible. I would have been better off eating out of a garbage bin and it wouldn’t have cost me $15.
I like this place but the manager who is always on duty Maria Cruz NEVER lets you order what you want. Whenever I order a meal she says “we don’t have that right now” instead of saying “hey, it’s going to take 10 mins. Do you mind waiting?” She would rather lose business than make the food. I never mind waiting but this lady always makes it a battle instead of just taking the order. I don’t have any issues when I visit sometimes & a young lady & man take my order. I just want my sandwich!
