I like this place but the manager who is always on duty Maria Cruz NEVER lets you order what you want. Whenever I order a meal she says “we don’t have that right now” instead of saying “hey, it’s going to take 10 mins. Do you mind waiting?” She would rather lose business than make the food. I never mind waiting but this lady always makes it a battle instead of just taking the order. I don’t have any issues when I visit sometimes & a young lady & man take my order. I just want my sandwich!
No longer live in the area and have to get Roys every time in town. Gold rush sandwich and the real Roast beef just sliced. Fries are great and the Double r bar burger is amazing.
Consistently great for a hot meal. Food is always well prepared and tastes good. Staff provides condiments. Drive through staff is excellent. Food is prepared on time.
