Dry chicken strips. Big portion, but not good food. This was at the height of dinner rush. Every table is sticky. A custodian offered to wipe down the table again, but added, "They're all like this. They've been using the wrong chemical to clean the tables and it's degrading the plastic." SMH
The young man that took my order was helpful, but professionally distant. Not unfriendly. The food was very good, but I was flabbergasted when I saw the total and couldn't believe it when a screen came up with three suggested tip options. I said "I've got to tip you too?" My first and last trip to Roy Rogers.
Some of the worst service. First off if you never been to a roy rogers there are no kids meals. You pay $14.00 for your 3 year old to eat a little bit of a still pink in the middle burger and a little bit of fries. The service is awful. We said plain with cheese, cheeseburger. They said that's how they come. Then when we get it, no cheese. Then when we bring it up the lady is very snarky and tells the cook who says it can wait until the chicken he is cooking is done and says that's what they ordered. Food was ok. Just your normal fast food EXCEPT the prices are even more OUTRAGEOUS.
