I have worked with Roy to both buy and sell - to buy the condo which was the first home I owned, and to sell the same condo when I was ready to move on. I have recommended him to multiple friends who also bought in the area - he's extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very communicative throughout the whole process (which can be stressful). I've always felt comfortable asking questions, and I know he'll work really hard to help achieve whatever goal we're going for with either buying or selling.
