If I could give no stars I would. The employees were rude. Blew the whistle for touching the rope when going under to go to a different section, my kids couldn't wear their mermaid tails( which have no monofins) their feet are out of the tail and they never left the 2ft/3ft area (btw all of my children are over 4ft) with them on even tho the rules say "no fins in the deep". Definitely never going back..it was ridiculous.
Update- The Roy Complex has undergone a renovation and looks amazing. It still offers the same activities but has been updated to be more modern with fresh paint and new layout.
Nice staff, clean pool, and reasonable price for everything available (gym, pickleball, basketball, and pool).
The manager is Karen and a pain in the ass she made up bs rules I will never go back to this place
