Very disappointing to wait so long to see a supposedly specialist doctor who in turn tells you you are fine. People don’t wait months to see GI doctors because they feel fine. What I do notice is that it’s almost impossible to find a doctor that actually cares and is passionate about what they do. To be told you are normal and to not waste your money on a second opinion is beyond frustrating! 2 appointments with this doctor was a waste of time, he asked “does your pancreas hurt” now how many people say ouch my pancreas hurts... read more
Dr. Roy did not finish my colonoscopy and suggested I schedule another one with anesthesia. I would be billed for both of them. I was in pain and when I tried to ask more questions he said, “I don’t have time to talk to you. I have other patients.”
Dr. Praveen Roy is punctual, caring, thorough, easy to talk to, and answers my questions. I didn't have to wait for him and he spent time explaining my condition. He performed an endoscopy and colonoscopy on me. He was gentle and thorough.
Best experience possible for an extremely uncomfortable situation. Can't say enough positive about this man.
